Our new Lions FC girls' team is finishing its very first season! In a few months, these young girls have made huge progress:

We’re proud of every single one of them, and grateful for the memories we’ve made together.

We also said goodbye to some of our players... But once a Lion, always a Lion - and we’ll always cheer for you!

Captain's functions:

1. Leadership: The most important role of a captain is leadership. She is an example for her teammates, an intermediary between the coach and the players, a mentor and an inspiration.

2. Communication: The captain is an excellent communicator. She embodies the coach's strategy on the field, helps players organize the game and make decisions in difficult situations.

3. Motivation: One of the important functions of a captain is to motivate the team. It increases the morale of the players, helps them believe in their abilities and strive to win in any situation.

4. Conflict resolution: The captain plays a key role in resolving conflicts within the team. It creates an atmosphere of trust in which players can openly discuss problems and find common solutions.

Personal qualities and abilities:

1. Resilience: The captain must have emotional stability. The reaction on the field affects the mood of the whole team, so it is important to remain calm and resolute in any situation, regardless of the conditions.

2. Experience: The captain's personal path in sports, personal victories and defeats, participation in competitions of different levels give an idea of sports philosophy and understanding of possible problems that young players may face.

3. Analytical skills: It is important to be able to quickly analyze the game and make thoughtful decisions. The captain must see the game from all sides and help the team adapt to changing circumstances.

4. Learning ability: The captain sets an example of how to work and train. Her perseverance and dedication to football motivate other players to achieve great success.

The captain is not just a player, but also the spirit of the team, its heart and soul. The influence on the game and the results is invaluable. Our lionesses unites the players, inspires them to great feats and helps the team overcome any difficulties💪
