Leaders don’t struggle with strategy; they struggle with what they don’t say.
Being a leader means dealing with pressure daily.
It means having answers (even when they don’t).
It means carrying the emotional weight of decisions.
Navigating the complexity of leading people across cultures.
And facing the loneliness that comes with responsibility.
And still, they keep performing. From the outside, everything looks fine.
However, what is not processed will accumulate.
What accumulates will eventually show up.
In their communication.
In the way they relate to others.
In their decision-making.
Leadership is not just about doing, it is about the leader.
What they are carrying, and how they relate to it.
Keep connecting with others!

The final round of the 6-month Leadership Development Program for Operational Managers at Artinian, a leading jewelry manufacturing company.
After months of learning, reflection, and practice, participants presented role plays to senior leadership, applying the leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence tools developed throughout the program.
Thank you to all participants for your dedication and openness during this journey.
A special thank you to Piamsook Sutthapreeda for the partnership, and to the Artinian team, especially K. Ananya Tritipthumrongchok (Yim) and Mr. Paris Kouyoumdjian, for the constant support and trust in our work.
It was a pleasure to be part of this journey.
Keep connecting with others :)

I worked from 17–19 February as a simultaneous interpreter (Portuguese/English) at the Global Symposium on Gender-Responsive Social Protection in Bangkok, organized by UNICEF in partnership with Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
Over these three days, leaders, policymakers, and experts from many countries came together to explore how social protection systems can become more gender-responsive and inclusive.
It was a privilege to support these conversations, helping ideas and perspectives move across languages.
A special thank you to UNICEF Angola, whom I had the privilege to interpret for, and to all the organizers for the trust and collaboration. And as always, a pleasure to share the booth with the incredible Wan.
Grateful to contribute to conversations that aim to create more equitable systems across the world. 🌍

Two weeks ago, my client said to me: “I feel like I am justifying my existence.”
Her words stayed with me and made me reflect on my own life.
Have you ever felt like this? Like being yourself, liking what you like, or needing what you need wasn’t enough?
I have many times.
For a long time, I tried to “fit in the box,” until I realized I was born to be “out of the box.” But when you don’t fit in, the world gets even louder.
I’ve been through depression, long-term anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout. My inner voice was shaking, just trying to hold itself together.
It took time, but I made it through. Not perfectly, but with resilience. What kept me going was the choice to never give up on myself.
Through therapy, coaching, somatic work, and many other paths, I found healing, understanding, forgiveness, and a peace I never imagined I could feel.
The human mind has always impressed me. I studied, learned tools, and connected some dots. Today, I work with people to support them in feeling the way they want about themselves and building a life that feels true to them.
Do you also sometimes feel you’re justifying your existence?
Keep connecting with others!

Sustainable is a word often used; however, when we place it before the word "change," it’s easy to see the weight it carries.
In my personal experience, the sustainable changes I’ve gone through are the ones I hardly notice happening.
Let me explain. I know it sounds strange :).
The changes I’ve worked on, the ones I truly understood the meaning of, took time for me to reflect on and reframe the limiting beliefs I held. After this process, I can say the change arrived silently. It felt natural, as if it had always been there.
Like saying "No." I used to have a big problem saying no to people because one of my defense mechanisms from childhood was people-pleasing. It took me time to reach a point where I felt comfortable with it.
I was surprised when, at the end of one particular workday, I realized I had said "NO" to a coworker during our lunch break and didn’t feel guilty or anything about it. I didn’t cause any issues with the other person either. Everything went smoothly and respectfully.
Liberating. Saying "No" became easier and felt lighter.
Talking to my coach at that time was crucial, as I needed to hear and see where I was lying to myself. Uncovering my past and old behaviors was tough, but necessary.
These safe spaces are amazing. I’m happy to be able to offer them to others now.
Change isn’t easy. We need our time. We need our space.
It’s comforting to know that we don’t have to go through the process alone.
Keep connecting with others.

Mental health matters, and talking about it matters even more.
I'm proud to share that I wrote an article for the May issue of Bambi Magazine:
"When to Seek Help"
In the article, I open up about my own mental health path and share tips on how we can support ourselves and others when things get tough. It’s a gentle, heartfelt invitation to recognize the signs, offer compassion, and understand that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness.
If this speaks to you or someone you love, I hope it brings insight, encouragement, and warmth.

Thank you, Sanam Rahman, for the opportunity and for all your support in editing the article.

For some, time is just an illusion.
For others, every second counts.
But what about you?
- Are you feeling late in achieving something?
- Is life moving too fast?
- Or does it feel like things will never unfold?
What I’ve learned along the way is this:
We are exactly where we’re meant to be.
There’s nothing wrong with the time we’re living in right now.
We couldn’t be living anything different, because with everything you knew, with everything you had, you did your best to get here.
When we drop the judgment, clarity comes. And with clarity, peace.
So let me ask you:
Do you ever stop to question where your beliefs about time come from?
Are they truly yours?
Because one thing is clear:
The way you perceive time shapes the way you live your life.
How does time affect how you navigate your work and relate to others?
Could you let it land? Feel it.
Keep connecting with others.

How are you after the Christmas season?
Are you, like us, in need of a nap to recharge?
I hope you and your family had a blessed time, if this is a holiday you celebrate.
I had a regular week, working every day and celebrating in the evenings.
Integrating cultures and traditions can sometimes be challenging, but with respect and understanding, anything is possible.
Wishing you an incredible end to 2024. 🤗
Keep connecting with others!
Big hugs,
Claudia

On the 25th of July, I attended the 214th Anniversary celebration of Colombia's Independence at The Siam Society Under Royal Patronage. The event featured music performances by Colombian artist Diana Burco and was organized by the Embassy of Colombia in Thailand.
The evening included speeches by Ms. Bacharee Puengpak, Deputy Director General of the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, and Mrs. Karen Tobar, Encaragada de Negorios, representing the Embassy.

On 25 June 2024, the Embassy of Brazil in Bangkok hosted the Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and Board of Trade of Thailand (BOT), Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, and BOT Vice Chairman, Mr. Pairush Burapachaisri, for a ceremony recognizing BOT's significant donation to BTCC’s Relief Fund for flood victims in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
The ceremony was led by Mr. Sanan and Brazilian Minister Counselor Mr. Matias Antônio Senra de Vilhena, as the Brazilian Ambassador to Thailand, H.E. Mr. José Borges dos Santos Jr., was in Brazil on official duty. Other attendees included the Head of the Commercial Sector at the Embassy, Counselor Hélio Caldas; BTCC President Marcelo Souza; Executive Director Claudia Lipert; and Social Director Claudia Gomes.
Alongside BOT’s fundraising, BTCC and its members, including the donation collected by BTCC Social during the carnival ball, raised 650,000 baht, which will be sent to the Government of Rio Grande do Sul.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all contributors for their generosity and support in aiding the flood victims. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected.
