Day 4 was pure magic: Visited Linh Ung Pagoda with the giant Lady Buddha, enjoyed coffee at Son Tra Marina ☕, rode basket boats through coconut canals 🛶, and explored Hội An Ancient Town , lantern-lit streets, UNESCO charm, and riverside vibes. Ended the night with delicious Hội An cuisine at Vy's Market.

🎓 Congratulations, Class of 2025! 🎉

As part of the DPU-IC Last Orientation for AY 2025, we were honored to welcome Mr. Rungrot Tatiyawongwiwat on May 23rd via Zoom. Mr. Rungrot, a Royal Thai Government Scholar at Columbia University, writer, entrepreneur, social worker, and youth advocate, shared his inspiring journey from Thailand to the global stage.

Through his inspiring journey from Thailand to the global stage, Mr. Rungrot shared valuable insights on making meaningful choices, embracing challenges, and navigating life beyond graduation. His experiences reminded our graduating students that success is not defined by a single decision, but by the courage to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Rungrot for sharing his story and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Last Friday, 1 May 2026, we held a full-day SDG workshop and networking session right here at DPU International College. Students from DPU IC and Asian Institute of Hospitality Management joined together.

We talked about sustainability in tourism and business, examining how the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) apply across different countries and business settings. Then we conducted a cross-cultural negotiation simulation in which everyone practiced critical thinking and teamwork using what they had learned.

Thanks to AIHM for coming. It was great having both groups together.

On 23rd April 2026, Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) and D Y Patil PGDM Institute, Akurdi , Pune officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster a collaborative partnership! 🤝

The MoU was signed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Siridech Kamsuprom, Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at DPU, and Dr. Shalaka Parker, Director of D. Y. Patil PGDM Institute.
