🎊 “Yu Sheng" tossing for prosperity welcomes in the Year of the Ox at The Silk Road 🎊

The auspicious Chinese New Year dish of “Yu Sheng" will be served for lunch and dinner from 10 to 18 February 2021 for guests who gather to greet the Year of the Ox.

Many of the ingredients have an auspicious meaning. Raw fish represents abundance and prosperity, carrots are for good luck, white radish for good job opportunities, sesame seeds for flourishing business, fried wonton for wealth, plum sauce for stronger family ties, and oil stands for the money that will come in from all directions. 💰👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️
