Objectives, things to know, and limitations of varying mountain trails in Thailand.

The western forest areas in the Tak, Chiang Mai, and Mae Hong Son regions differ significantly from other areas, particularly in basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity, water supply, telephone service, transportation, and accommodation. This makes the organization of the competition at this venue different from others. But what sets it apart is the beauty of nature, culture, way of life, and the smiles that are easily found along the way of the competition. Along this path, hidden within awaits our exploration. That's what we believe makes this course still full of surprises and a unique experience unlike any other in Thailand.

วัตถุประสงค์ Mountain Trail Thailand ข้อควรรู้ ข้อจำกัดต่างๆของสนาม ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป

ผืนป่าตะวันตกในเขตพื้นที่ ตาก เชียงใหม่ แม่ฮองสอน มีความแตกต่างจากพื้นที่อื่นๆอย่างเห็นได้ชัด โดยเฉพาะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขึ้นพื้ันฐาน ในพื้นที่ๆทำการแข่งขัน ถนน ไฟฟ้า ประปา สัญญาณโทรศัพท์ การเดินทาง ที่พัก จึงทำให้การจัดการแข่งขันสนามนี้แตกต่างจากสนามอื่นออกไป แต่สิ่งที่แตกต่างนั่นคือ ความสวยงามของธรรมชาติ วัฒนธรรม วิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ รอยยิ้มที่สามารถหาได้ไม่ยากในระหว่างทางของการแข่งขันบนเส้นทางนี้ ที่ซ่อนอยู่รอเราไปสัมผัส นั่นคือสิ่งที่เราคิดว่าสนามแห่งนี้ ยังคงมีความน่าค้นหาและเป็นอีกสนามหนึ่งที่แตกต่างไม่เหมือนที่ไหนในประเทศไทย

The concept behind this type of competition is that other countries have similar events, so we wanted to adapt and implement them in Thailand. The competition itself may be modified to be more feasible and safer.
จากแนวคิดสนามนี้คือ ต่างประเทศมีการแข่งขันกันแบบนี้เลยอยากนำมาลองปรับใช้และให้เกิดในบ้านเราดูบ้างโดยการแข่งขันอาจจะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนให้เข้ากับความเป็นไปได้และมีความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด

Let's take a look at the rules and format of the competition.
กติกาหรือรูปแบบการแข่งขันเป็นอย่างไรเรามาลองดูกัน

👉 The race distance is over 200km++, taking place between Tak and Chiang Mai.
👉 ระยะทางการแข่งขันกว่า 200km++ เป็นพื้นที่ระหว่าง ตาก - เชียงใหม่
👉 The race lasts 3-5 days, with approximately 50km of distance covered each day, depending on the terrain.
👉 ระยะเวลาการแข่งขัน 3-5 วัน ในแต่ละวันระยะทางประมาณ 50km +- ตามสภาพภูมิประเทศ
👉 The competition duration each day should not exceed 12 hours, give or take.
👉 ระยะการแข่งขันในแต่ละวันไม่เกิน 12ชม+-
👉 The competition will have daily winners who accumulate points each day, and these points will be cumulative to determine the overall winner of this event on the final day.
👉 การแข่งขันจะมีผู้ชนะเก็บคะแนนในแต่ละวันและจะเป็นการเก็บคะแนนสะสมเพื่อค้นหาผู้ชนะของสนามนี้ในวันสุดท้าย
👉 The competition may require each runner to carry a minimum amount of baggage, which will be weighed before leaving the starting point.
👉 การแข่งขันอาจจะมีการกำหนดให้แบกสัมภาระขั้นต่ำให้กับนักวิ่งแต่ละคนโดยจะมีการชั่งน้ำหนักก่อนออกจากจุดสตาร์ท
👉Most of the routes used are regular thoroughfares, and they pass through villages every 5-10 kilometers along the way.
👉เส้นทางส่วนใหญ่ที่ใช้จะเป็นเส้นทางที่ใช้สัญจรตามปกติและทุกๆ 5km-10km จะผ่านหมู่บ้านไปตลอดเส้นทาง
👉The main finish line each day will be a village school that may not have electricity or adequate facilities.
👉เส้นชัยในแต่ละวันหลักๆจะเป็นโรงเรียนตามหมู่บ้านที่อาจจะไม่มีไฟฟ้าใช้หรือเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกเท่าที่ควร
👉The ideal time to visit might be during the rainy season or the end of the rainy season, when the area between the two routes will be lush and green all the way.
👉ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมอาจจะเป็นช่วงฝนหรือปลายฝนที่ระหว่างสองเส้นทางจะมีความเขียวตลอดเส้นทาง
👉 The organizing team prioritized safety above all else. As mentioned earlier, the route will be a busy thoroughfare passing through villages along the way, and the organizing team has prepared mobile rescue/medical teams to be present throughout the competition each day, as well as at any potential risk points.
👉 ทีมผุ้จัดได้มองเรื่องความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก อย่างที่บอกเบื้องต้นเส้นทางจะเป็นเป็นเส้นทางสัญจรและมีการผ่านหมู่บ้านตลอดเส้นทางอยู่แล้วและทีมงานได้มีการจัดหาทีมกู้ภัย/กู้ชีพเคลื่อนที่ตลอดการแข่งขันในแต่ละวัน ตลอดจนตามจุดเสี่ยงต่างๆที่จะเกิดขึ้น
👉 The route isn't difficult but it's definitely beautiful. The weather is fantastic, perfect for anyone who enjoys the rainy season – you shouldn't miss it!
👉 สภาพเส้นทางไม่ยากแต่สวยแน่นอน อากาศดีสุดๆสำหรับใครที่ชอบหน้าฝนแบบนี้ไม่ควรพลาด

🌿🌿🌿 This course is suitable for: It's designed for those who might be aiming for a challenge of over 200km, involving continuous daily running, as a stepping stone to potentially completing longer distances in a single run in subsequent courses.
