Morning miles with Clement, an amazing guest all the way from Australia.

From Thonburi to Phra Nakhon, we jogged, walked, and talked our way along the Chao Phraya River—passing the Grand Palace, soaking in the colors of the flower market, and wrapping it all up with a well-deserved fresh coffee ☕️

Nothing beats a Bangkok morning run—good vibes, great company, and beautiful moments to remember 🌅🏃‍♂️

First sunrise in Asia hits different—running through Bangkok while the city’s still sleepy, ending with a fresh coconut reward 🥥💛

Thanks Jessica for starting your adventure with us!

Morning miles with surprises! 🏃‍♂️☀️

Phil and his son Oliver joined our Super All-in-One Tour today with our awesome guide . We spotted water monitors, even a crocodile in Chinatown 🐊😲

Beat the Bangkok heat with Es Yen and taro ice-cream to finish! ☕🍨

RATCHANEE and Bangkok team

Sawadee ka! I’m Ratchanee.

I’ve been a lead guide with Go! Running Tours since 2016. I love showing people the city on the run. Our tours are all about safety, easy pacing, and friendly conversation, while exploring Bangkok’s iconic sights and local spots. Whether you’re training or just curious to explore, you’ll be in good hands with us.

You’ll also get to run with our lovely GRT Bangkok team—Kim and Toon, local guides from different parts of Bangkok, each sharing their own stories and culture along the way.

Solo runner, couples, and first-time runners are all welcome. Everyone leaves with great memories.

We can’t wait to run with you!

Some arrived solo. 🏃🏻‍♀️
Some came as couples. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼
Everyone left with memories. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼🌇

In 2025, we ran Bangkok before it woke up.
Hidden alleys. Beautiful temples. Shared miles.

Solo, travelers, first-time runners, and couples discovering the Bangkok city together.

Different paces. Same finish line. 🏁

Grateful to our beloved guests who shared sweat, smiles, and sweet memories every mile of the journey. 🤍

Would you run Bangkok solo or with someone you love? 👇 26/12/2025
