Our Story
Hi everyone! Welcome to my page. I am Hakim Azahar. I am certified Calisthenics Coach and Athlete. I am also a Handstand specialised coach. I am Malaysian and now live in Bangkok, Thailand.
I started my Calisthenics journey since 2013. It become my lifestyle since then. I built a community back in Malaysia and now I have my own community in Bangkok too which is they are all my lovely students. I have over 100 students around Bangkok itself and worldwide as well. I want to share to all of you my knowledge about Calisthenics.
I opened my page besides Instagram because I can make a special private group like I did which is ‘Handstand by Hakim’. I shared everything about handstand there. Many people want to learn from me but they are not here in Bangkok which is take a big cost to come to me for a session so virtual training is perfect for them to learn.
I hope everone know how important Calisthenics in our life infact, we always impliment Calisthenics theory in our life without notice. If we know and understand what is Calisthenics is, we will see everything in our life in different way. We will start to think how our body works, how to move correctly and safely, etc.
Calisthenics not only about build a strong body, everything is about mind-body connection. When you can connect those points, we will be a better person not between others but between YOU yesterday and YOU today.
