What an amazing week it was in Bangkok with . It was incredibly fun talking with other leader in the fitness space from different countries around the world. Was a great discussion on ideas and the future.

It’s been a journey the past 2 years. Launching and growing these 2 brands across the last 2 years has been an incredible journey. Deciding to expand and grow during Covid was surely a leap of faith. That and to build our amazing team and seeing the growth of our trainers and over the last 2 years and the rest of the amazing talents we have which I can’t fit into this 10 pic carousel. Along with the never ending support from .feather and .jason.s from 2014, before we even had our first studio. With their infectious energy on the daily to build our amazing community without who we’d have not been able to build so much these last 2 years. A lot of people don’t know this but I used to teach aquabiking, a class now run by . I did a class in aqua which is the only aquabiking studio in the whole city. It was a good reminder of why I got into it to begin with. Maybe I’ll go back into teaching if I have the time and opportunity! @ AQUA Studio NY
