Aiya Swimming Pool.
Aiya Pool Grounds of Aiya Residence & Sport Club , are exclusively for our check-in Guests. The Pool Staff will not entertain friends, or outsiders that are not staying with the guest in the room at the Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel. Further more then the use of the pool is absolutely "FREE" for all room types but the fitness center & sauna would incur extra charges if you are staying with us in the Aiya Budget Superior Room.
The Aiya Pool Grounds have certain rules & regulation for your safety and security for which we hope you will adhere too and accordingly follow the necessary precautions when using the swimming pool facilities. Please also note that you can only use the pool if you have a "POOL CAP!" which is available at the Aiya Pool Office. You may choose to buy one from outside or carry along when traveling Swimming will not be allowed if you are not carrying one.
Aiya Pool Office opens daily from 7 am. - 9pm., located on 2nd floor of tower B.

Aiya Super Deluxe Room 1,250 THB-/NIGHT

The Aiya Super Deluxe Room It has a size of 40 sqm .,All Aiya Super Deluxe Rooms have basic amenities and services for the budget traveler. The Aiya Super Deluxe Roomor Rooms acquire most of the levels of the Tower A building and the interior layout changes with where it is located in the Tower A building.

The Aiya Super Deluxe Room has a Refrigerator Bar with soft drinks & beer for the budget traveler. We also provide the guest with complimentary water bottles on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful.

The Aiya Budget Superior was earlier called the Superior Room. It has a size of 28sqm and the rooms available overlook the Garden or the parking lot at the rear end of the Tower A building. The Aiya Budget Superior Rooms differ one from another with some having textured walls and others with wall paper to match the room decor.
