Want to get more out of your chest exercises? Start with your shoulder blades. 👇

Retracting (bringing them together) and slightly depressing (bringing them down) your shoulder blades creates a more stable base for pressing.

This helps keep your shoulders in a stronger, more controlled position and can reduce unnecessary stress on the shoulder joint.

It also allows you to control a greater range of motion and achieve a good stretch of the pecs under load — an important stimulus for muscle growth.

Use this setup when performing exercises like:

• Dumbbell Bench Press
• Smith Machine Press
• Barbell Bench Press
• Incline Press

Don’t force the position. Retract, slightly depress, keep your upper back stable and control the weight through the full range of motion.

Small setup. Big difference.

Want to build a bigger, stronger chest? DM me ‘CHEST’ and let’s work on it 💪

Getting healthier doesn’t mean giving up everything you enjoy.

You don’t need a perfect diet.
You don’t need to avoid pizza, burgers or a night out.

Sometimes progress simply means eating a little less, drinking a little less, and making better choices more often.

Small changes you can actually maintain will always beat an extreme plan you quit after two weeks.

Progress > perfection.

Most people think coaching is about getting a workout plan.

I don’t.

A good coach should teach you how to understand your body, make better decisions, and build habits you can maintain for years—not just give you exercises to follow.

These are 5 lessons I want every client to learn because my goal isn’t to make people dependent on me.

It’s to give them the knowledge and confidence to train smarter for life.

Which lesson do you think is the most important? Let me know in the comments. 👇

After coaching hundreds of people, one thing has become clear.

Most people don’t fail because they have the wrong workout or the wrong diet.

They fail because they change direction too soon.

A new program.
A new diet.
A new strategy.

Real progress comes from giving a good plan enough time to work.

The clients who achieve the best results aren’t always the most talented—they’re the ones who stay consistent and trust the process.

If this changed the way you think about fitness, follow Davide | Body Transformation Coach for more science-based fitness advice.

Everyone suddenly becomes a fitness expert the moment you start taking your health seriously.

“You have good genes.”
“Eating too much protein ruins your kidneys.”
“It must be easy to have all day to train and prep meals.”

I’ve heard them all.

The truth is, building a healthy body isn’t about luck.
It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and making good choices even when it’s not convenient.

Don’t let other people’s excuses become your limits.

What’s the funniest thing someone has ever said to you about fitness? 👇

Doing more isn’t always better.

Most people don’t need 30 sets for chest or 25 sets for biceps every week.

The evidence suggests that around 10–20 hard sets per muscle group per week is enough for most people to maximize muscle growth, provided those sets are performed with good technique and close enough to failure.

Instead of adding more exercises, focus on:
✅ Progressive overload
✅ Proper recovery
✅ High-quality sets
✅ Consistency

Train smarter, not just longer.

People see the coach.
They don’t always see the journey behind it.

Years of studying.

Thousands of hours in the gym.

Working with beginners, athletes, and people from completely different backgrounds.

Every experience taught me something.

Not just about training.

About people.

I’m still learning every single day, and that’s what makes coaching so rewarding.

If this story inspired you, maybe it’s time to start writing your own.

DM “TRANSFORM” and let’s build your journey together.
