A nice evolution from a good and consistant student!
Started together in february with a 108kg bodyweight.
2 months after 8kg lost and a bodyweight below 100kg, didn't happen for the last 15 years of his life.
With motivation and discipline everything is possible!

You have no idea about what you can eat for your snack at work?
I propose you to make your yummy custom protein snack that you can fit to your macro. It's pretty easy to find protein snacks on Internet or in your supplement shops, but do you really read the macro? Most of them are full of refined sugar for the taste which defeat the purpose of an healthy snack...
For 4 protein snacks below:
5 serving size of whey protein
120g of oats
20g of honey (more healthy than refined sugar)
200ml of soy milk (without added sugar)
50g of mixed nuts (almond, pecan nuts, cashew...)
Mix everything and put the preparation in the fridge.
Macro for 1 snack:
Protein: 44g
Carbs: 33g (7g of sugar)
Fat: 9g
Energy: 389kcal
If you want to loss weight I suggest you to put no more than 3 or 4 serving size of whey protein, reduce the oats, reduce honey or use stevia instead.
