ooooof, solo trips are my favorite form of self care. it’s where i get to tune out the noise, check in with my values, and reflect on how i want my life to feel - not look.

i take stock of who and what i let into my world, because my energy is sacred. one of my biggest wins is knowing i make decisions that align with who i am and who i’m becoming. the more intentional i am, the more joyful life feels.

here’s to the quiet moments, the solo adventures, and the constant becoming. what a privilege.
