12 years of teaching students to be flexible, get strong and do many postures until they get slim. Ashtanga Mysore: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7am - 10am. SUNDAY 8am.-11am.
(student can come as early as 5.30am and practice until 10.30am.) Drop-in = 1,000 THB (for student who already know ashtanga system ie.vinyasa and asana) (not for beginner)
Unlimited monthly = 6,000 THB
3 months = 13,500 THB
6 months = 24,000 THB
12 months = 48,000 THB (get 1 extra month free)
Full facility from the fabulous S31 Hotel. Shower and towel provided. Steam and sauna room. Salted swimming pool looking out to Bangkok city. :D
