✨ Meet Tann ✨

An E RYT 500 yoga teacher based in Bangkok, Tann began her yoga journey in 2018, first stepping onto the mat out of curiosity.

During a challenging period with her mental health, yoga became a steady support, helping her reconnect with both body and mind. This experience inspired her to begin teaching and guide others toward that same sense of connection and inner balance.

In 2020, she completed her first 200 hour Teacher Training, later deepening her studies in India through a 300 hour training where she was introduced to Ayurveda, shaping a more holistic understanding of health and wellbeing.

Tann also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Mahidol University, along with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in India. Her ongoing studies include prenatal and postnatal yoga, sound healing, and other specialized trainings.

Her classes integrate movement, meditation, and pranayama, creating a practice that feels grounding, supportive, and deeply nourishing.

For Tann, yoga is a lifelong journey of learning, healing, and returning to balance 🤍

✨ Meet Chew Meng ✨

A 200 hour certified yoga teacher based in Bangkok, he discovered yoga in 2018 while studying in Hong Kong.

The practice of asana and meditation helped him work through the patterns of the mind and body, leading him to pursue his teacher training in 2020.

Raised in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition, his teaching is inspired by the Bodhisattvas, guided by compassion and a deeper path beyond the physical practice.

For him, yoga is a way of life, with the aim of moksha, or spiritual liberation.

As a lifelong student, he continues to deepen his understanding of yoga across philosophy and practice, and brings this into his teaching.

His classes integrate movement, breathwork, and reflection, with teachings from the Bhagavad Gita woven in as a foundation for practice on and off the mat.
