สัมมนาออนไลน์: การเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับรองความถูกต้องตามมาตรการ CBAM สำหรับภาคธุรกิจส่งออกที่เกี่ยวข้อง | English version below

CPG มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะได้ร่วมจัดงานสัมมนาออนไลน์ในหัวข้อ “การเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับรองความถูกต้องตามมาตรการ CBAM สำหรับภาคธุรกิจส่งออกที่เกี่ยวข้อง” ร่วมกับสถาบันการเงินเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งเยอรมนี (DEG - Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft) ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับ carboneer พันธมิตรจากประเทศเยอรมนีของเรา โดยการสัมมนาครั้งนี้จะมุ่งเน้นไปที่กฎระเบียบของสหภาพยุโรปที่มีความสำคัญโดยตรงต่อผู้ส่งออกและซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศไทย รวมถึงในภูมิภาคที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ในห่วงโซ่คุณค่าที่เชื่อมโยงกับสหภาพยุโรป ซึ่งกฎระเบียบดังกล่าวคือ มาตรการปรับราคาคาร์บอนก่อนข้ามพรมแดน (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism: CBAM)

นับตั้งแต่มาตรการ CBAM เริ่มบังคับใช้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบเมื่อเดือนมกราคม 2569 ผู้นำเข้าของสหภาพยุโรปได้เริ่มประเมินผู้ผลิตสินค้าในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ เหล็กและเหล็กกล้า อลูมิเนียม ซีเมนต์ ปุ๋ย ไฮโดรเจน และไฟฟ้า ผ่านมุมมองที่เฉพาะเจาะจงมากขึ้น นั่นคือ พวกเขาจะสามารถจัดหาข้อมูลการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกตามจริงที่จำแนกรายซัพพลายเออร์ ซึ่งมีการบันทึกเอกสารอย่างถูกต้องและพร้อมสำหรับการทวนสอบโดยหน่วยงานภายนอกในอนาคตได้หรือไม่

นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานจะมีการนำเสนอชุดโปรแกรมเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ CBAM ซึ่ง CPG มีความยินดีนำเสนอร่วมกับ carboneer เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้บริษัทต่างๆ ในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาค สามารถใช้ช่วงเวลาที่เหลือของปี 2569 นี้ ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูล เอกสารหลักฐาน และโครงสร้างการกำกับดูแลที่จำเป็นได้สะดวกมากขึ้น เพื่อเปลี่ยนแรงกดดันจากการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ CBAM ให้กลายเป็นข้อได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันในห่วงโซ่คุณค่าที่เชื่อมโยงกับสหภาพยุโรป

Upcoming webinar on CBAM verification readiness for affected companies

We are very pleased to soon host a joint webinar with Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG), in cooperation with our German partner carboneer, focusing on a European regulation that is directly relevant for an increasing number of exporters and suppliers in Thailand and the region participating in EU-linked value chains: the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).

Since CBAM entered its definitive regime in January 2026, EU importers have started to assess suppliers of goods in the sectors currently covered by the regulation — iron and steel, aluminum, cement, fertilizers, hydrogen, and electricity — through a very specific lens: whether they can provide supplier-specific actual emissions data that is properly documented and ready for future third-party verification.

To provide practical guidance, the upcoming webinar will focus on the relevant regulatory requirements and on what affected companies should do now to become CBAM verification-ready, ahead of the expected practical availability of third-party verification in early 2027.

The webinar will also draw on the dedicated CBAM verification readiness portfolio that CPG offers together with carboneer to help companies in Thailand and the region use 2026 to put the necessary data, documentation, evidence trail, and governance structures in place — and to turn CBAM-related compliance pressure into a competitive advantage in EU-linked value chains.

At the invitation of the School of Law at Mahindra University in Hyderabad, DM Advisory Board Chairman Henning Glaser participated this past weekend as a speaker in two panel sessions at the “International Arbitration Confluence 2026: Law, Technology, and the Changing World Order,” jointly hosted by Mahindra University, the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation – Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM-APCAM) and Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur.

The conference brought together incumbent and former judges of the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, alongside scholars, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, and business representatives from India, Germany, Malaysia, Türkiye beyond for a wide-ranging and multi-perspective exchange on current developments and emerging challenges in international arbitration and dispute resolution.

Henning Glaser contributed to discussions on “Emerging Trends in ADR,” as well as on “Justice Delivery,” in the context of a rapidly changing technological and geopolitical environment.
