When teaching boxing to beginners, there's no need to rush them into becoming skilled. It's enough if they can master the basics, and then gradually progress step by step. That's my motto when teaching boxing to newcomers.

สอนมวยมือใหม่เราไม่ต้องรีบให้เขาเก่ง ขอแค่ให้เขาทำพื้นฐานได้ก็พอ แล้วค่อยๆพัฒนาไปทีละขั้น นี่คือคติประจำใจการสอนมวยมือใหม่ของผม

Today I've taken another step forward… from Muay Thai trainer to Muay Thai referee. Before the exam, I thought it wouldn't be too difficult.

But the actual exam was very hard. However, I never gave up or stopped trying. Since the opportunity came, I only thought about doing my best, and today I succeeded.

Our gym is small, but we have certifications for both Muay Thai trainers and Muay Thai referees, and we also have a gym owner's license.

All of these certifications are related to the Muay Thai world!!!

วันนี้ได้ข้ามมาอีกขั้น…จากผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทยมาเป็นผู้ตัดสินมวยไทย ก่อนเดินทางไปสอบผมคิดว่าคงไม่ยากมากเท่าไหร่

แต่พอไปสอบจริงแล้วมันยากมาก แต่ผมก็ไม่เคยจะท้อหรือเลิกพยายาม ในเมื่อโอกาสมาแล้วคิดแค่อย่างเดียวว่าต้องทำให้ดีที่สุด และวันนี้ผมก็ทำได้

ค่ายมวยของเราเป็นยิมเล็ก แต่ยินของเรามีใบรับรองทั้งผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย และผู้ตัดสินมวยไทย และเราก็ก็ยังมีบัตรหัวหน้าค่ายมวยอีกด้วย

ซึ่งใบรับรองทั้งหมดเกี่ยวข้องกับวงการในมวยไทยทั้งสิ้น!!!

Today I taught an off-site lesson with 5 students. At first, I wondered if they would be tired, but after the class ended, the students asked when I would finally finish teaching. Hearing that made me so happy.

วันนี้สอนนอกสถานที่ มีนักเรียน 5 คน ตอนแรกเค้าคิดอยู่ว่าจะเหนื่อยกันไหม แต่พอจบคลาสนักเรียนบอกว่าเมื่อไหร่คุณครูจะสอนเสร็จสักที พอได้ยินคำนี้ชื่นใจเลย 

Previously, I had many students learning boxing with me, so many that some days I couldn't even manage to teach them all. Gradually, they all stopped coming, until there were hardly any students to teach, and some months I even had to box to earn some money.

Then, today, I had the opportunity to take the Muay Thai referee exam. Since I had the chance, I took it, but I don't intend to make it my main profession. I just want to gain some knowledge and hope that one day I'll be able to use it.

ก่อนหน้านี้มีนักเรียนมาเรียนมวยกับผมหลายคนจนบางวันสอนไม่ไหว จนกระทั่งแต่ละคนค่อยๆหายไป จนแทบไม่มีใครให้สอนและบางเดือนต้องชกมวยให้ตัวเองมีรายได้

จนมาวันนี้มีโอกาสได้ไปสอบผู้ตัดสินมวยไทย เมื่อมีโอกาสก็สอบแต่ไม่คิดจะเอามาเป็นอาชีพหลัก แค่อยากมีความรู้ติดตัว และหวังว่าวันนึงเราจะได้ใช้มัน…
