หนังสือจากส่วนราชการที่ขอให้ทางเราให้ความร่วมมืองดจัดกิจกรรมรวมกลุ่มคนในช่วงนี้ครับ​ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามประกาศของระดับรัฐบาลและจังหวัดครับ

คณะผู้จัดงาน “ริมน้ำรัน” ขอขอบพระคุณทุกท่านเป็นอย่างสูงที่ให้การสนับสนุนและสมัครเข้าร่วมแข่งขันในรายการนี้ โดยทางเราได้กำหนดการแข่งขันในวันเสาร์ที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2564 (วันเวลเนสสากล) ซึ่งได้เลื่อนมาจากกำหนดแรกที่กำหนดไว้ในวันเสาร์ที่ 9 มกราคม 2564 (วันเด็กแห่งชาติ) และสืบเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ COVID-19 ของประเทศไทยในสภาวะปัจจุบัน จนถึงในวันนี้ ดูมีความรุนแรงมากขึ้น และมาตรการของภาครัฐทั้งในระดับประเทศ และระดับจังหวัด (เชียงใหม่) มีความเข้มงวดในการจัดงานประเภทที่จะต้องมีการรวมกลุ่มคนเป็นอย่างมาก ทางเราคาดหมายว่า สถานการณ์นี้ อาจจะยังไม่คืนกลับเป็นปกติเมื่อถึงวันที่กำหนดการแข่งขัน ซึ่งก็คือ วันเสาร์ที่ 12 มิถุนายน ตามแจ้งข้างต้น

ในระหว่างที่มีประกาศการรับสมัคร จนถึงปัจจุบัน ทางทีมงานได้มีการจัดเตรียมการไว้มากพอสมควร ตั้งแต่ระบบการรับสมัคร การประสานงานภาครัฐและเอกชนในพื้นที่ การตระเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ เพื่อให้สามารถทำการแข่งขันได้ รวมทั้งการนำสิ่งของไปบริจาคยังเด็ก ๆ ในโรงเรียนเป้าหมาย และทางเรามีความพร้อมที่จัดการแข่งขันตามกำหนดที่แจ้งไว้ แต่เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาแก่ผู้เข้าแข่งขัน และภาคประชาชนในพื้นที่ คณะผู้จัดงานจึงขออนุญาตแจ้งการยกเลิกการจัดงานดังกล่าว

เพื่อเป็นการชดเชยเงินค่าสมัครที่ทุกท่านได้ชำระเข้ามา ทางคณะกรรมการแข่งขันได้มีมติให้ จัดส่ง บัตรกำนัล (Voucher) ของ อมราวตีเวลเนสเซ็นเตอร์ (Amaravati Wellness Center) ในมูลค่า 900 บาท (สำหรับผู้ชำระ 21K), มูลค่า 700 บาท (สำหรับผู้ชำระ 10K) และ มูลค่า 500 บาท (สำหรับผู้ชำระ 3K) โดยบัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถนำมาใช้แทนเงินสดในการใช้บริการและซื้อสินค้าที่อมราวตีเวลเนสเซ็นเตอร์ได้ โดยมีระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีนับตั้งแต่วันที่ที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัล ทั้งนี้ บัตรกำนัลชุดนี้ได้กำหนดให้มีการโอนเปลี่ยนมือได้ ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่สะดวกที่จะมาใช้บริการหรือซื้อสินค้าได้ด้วยตนเอง

ทางคณะผู้จัดงานต้องกราบขออภัยต่อความไม่สะดวกในครั้งนี้มา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนจากท่านอีกในอนาคตเมื่อสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ กลับคืนสู่สภาวะปกติเหมือนก่อน COVID-19

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ อนึ่ง บัตรกำนัลจะส่งไปทางไปรษณีย์ยังที่อยู่ที่ท่านได้ทำการลงทะเบียนสมัครเข้าร่วมรายการ และคาดว่าจะส่งถึงทุก ๆ ท่านภายในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2564 นี้

The program committee of “Rim Nam Run” would like to thank you to all registered for supporting us. Regarding the race date on Saturday 12 June 2021 (International Wellness Day) which changed from original date on Saturday 9 January 2021 (Thailand Children Day). And according to COVID-19 situation of Thailand today, it looks more critical than previous. The announcement from Thailand government and Chiang Mai Province are very strict at this time especially on any events that have a group of people. We estimate that this situation may not turn back to normal before or on Saturday 12 June 2021.

Since the time that we announced our program till today, our team did many preparations from the registration system, coordinating with local officers and private organization, race place, material and equipment. And also bring donations to children in the target school. We are confident that we are ready to do the race as scheduled. By preventing issues that may occur with the registered persons and local areas, the committee decided to CANCEL this program.

The committee would like to recover what you paid for registration, by providing VOUCHER of Amaravati Wellness Center with value 900 Baht (for registered and paid 21K), 700 Baht (for registered and paid 10K) and 500 Baht (for registered and paid 3K). The voucher can be used as cash for purchasing services or products at Amaravati Wellness Center with validate in one year from date as specified on voucher. Special for this time, the voucher is transferable to others in case you are not convenient to purchase by yourself.

The committee would say apologize for any inconvenience that occurred for this time. And look forward to getting support from you again in the future when the situation comes back as before COVID-19.

The voucher will be sent to you by post (mail) at the address as you provide when registered, and will reach your place within May 2021.

“ Rim Nam Run”的委员会非常感谢所有注册及支持我们的 贵大德们。此次义跑活动从原来的2021年1月9日星期六（泰国儿童节），因为疫情严控而改期为2021年6月12日星期六（国际健康日）的比赛日期。现在根据当下泰国的COVID-19戒严情况，疫情似乎比之前更严重了。泰王国政府和清迈府目前宣布有关疫情防控法令非常严格，特别是在群聚的要求上特别严格。我们预估，这种戒严情况可能不会在2021年6月12日（星期六）之前解严及恢复正常。

自从我们宣布此义跑计划到今天，我们的团队已经通过注册系统进行了许多赛前准备工作，并与当地官方及民间组织，比赛场地规划，材料和设施进行了协调及安排。并且持续将捐助资源捐赠给福利院学校的孩子们等，我们坚信我们已准备好如期进行比赛。但是，为了防范并保护注册参赛者和比赛当地，区域性交叉可能造成的疾病感染等问题，委员会决定取消此次义跑活动及计划。

委员会将提供Amaravati Wellness Center禅修度假村的价值900泰铢的消费卷（此针对于已注册和已支付的21公里赛程），另提供价值700泰铢的消费卷（此针对于已注册和已支付的10公里赛程）和500泰铢（对于已注册和已支付的3公里赛程）等，作为补偿 贵大德们为注册所支付的费用。消费卷上所指定的日期内一年有效，可在Amaravati禅修度假村内购买及抵用服务套餐或产品。该消费卷可以转让给其他人。

对于此次因应疫情防控期间所造成的任何不便，我们期待疫情戒严后将持续获得您的爱护及支持。

消费卷将通过您注册时所提供的地址邮寄发送给您，并将在2021年5月内完善。

An announcement from Education Ministry to postponed all activities which related to Thailand Children's Day. And our marathon program also change date from 9 Jan to 12 Jun 2021.
