You don’t need to do more
to take care of your body.
For me, Pilates has always been about understanding—
how the body moves,
what it needs,
and how to support it over time.
I don’t follow strict rules with food.
I keep it simple.
And I’ve learned that balance looks different for everyone.
The same with movement,
and everything else that supports us—
nature, quiet moments, learning, even acupuncture.
It doesn’t have to look a certain way
to be enough.

I’m back from a few days of noble silence.-no phone, no communication and not even a mirror. Just quiet and observation.
It’s interesting how stepping away resets so much.

It’s been a few quiet weeks here on my social media - but life hasn’t been quiet at all.
Hosting.
Planning for something new.
Teaching as usual.
Now I’m heading to ChiangRai for a weekend offline - a small reset.
