All participants knowingly and freely assume such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for their participation and having and using the appropriate safety equipment.

We do not accept any responsibility for any participant fails to comply with these rules other than due to our negligence.

We advise that helmets and pads must be worn at all times whilst in the skating areas and by all participants, regardless of age, ability or activity.

Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained before use.

Prior to using any equipment and ramps in the park, you should check it for safety and suitability for your purpose and skill levels.

If you find any temporary defect in the equipment you should tell a member of the KoVert staff.

Any accident should be reported to immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse entry without giving a reason and to change the terms and conditions of entry.

We do not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal property.

Smoking is permitted anywhere in the park where you should.

The use or possession of alcohol and drugs in or around the premises will not be tolerated.

Abusive, discourteous or otherwise anti-social behavior in or around the premises will not be tolerated. NO BAD ATTITUDES ALLOWED

No belongings to be left on the ramps.

Make clear your intentions to other users before starting a maneuver, if it is likely to obstruct them.

Littering will not be tolerated. Use bins provided.

The KoVert Skate Park is family friendly and we encourage you and your kids to join in on the fun.
