Join us for Belly Dancing at Layla Yoga Garden this weekend ✨

This Belly Dance workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner rhythm through conscious movement. Guided by the music and your breath, you’ll explore how to express yourself freely… letting your body speak where words are not needed.

Come and learn to dance your own poetry in the space, releasing tension, awakening feminine energy, and celebrating the joy of movement.

Working with the sacral and heart chakra ♥️

No previous dance experience is needed… just an open heart and curiosity to explore.

Upcoming Event: Posture workshop with Victoria ✨

The objective of this workshop is to develop greater body awareness, to learn to be more grounded and connected to our bodies and the space around us.

We will explore the importance of posture and body language in our daily lives, and practice body techniques that will help us express ourselves more freely and be more authentic.

About your Facilitator:
More than forty years in the world of body, movement and well-being. Professional dancer and teacher of flamenco, belly dance, contemporary Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi. Training in dietetics. Now, through her workshops, she shares her experience and knowledge with anyone interested in improving their life.

Our Myofascial Yin Yoga Teacher Training students have arrived and are settling in, ready to dive deep into a full week of Yin, myofascial meridians, and TCM study ✨

Our next Kirtan is happening on Wednesday 🥳 A big thanks to .bhakti for organising this 🙏

There are no morning classes for the next few days due to the training course. These will resume from Sunday. Evening classes will continue at a slightly later time than usual - please see schedule for details ♥️

Our new signs have finally arrived and our entrance has a new look! Thank you so much 🥳

Please note parking is at the top of the laneway next to the field before you enter our lane. There is room for a few bikes at the very bottom of our laneway on the left side (after our door and the gate) - if this area is full, please go back and park outside, then enjoy the 1 minute walk to the door 🤗

Our yoga shala used to be an artist’s workshop, and while the canvases have now been replaced by yoga mats, it retains a quiet creative energy that makes it such a beautiful space to practice ✨ It’s the perfect spot to slow down, move, and share your love of yoga with friends 🥰

A few simple details:

🌸 One free friend per class.
