Youth Ball & Ice Hockey Experiences - Asia

A big part of the hockey tournament experience is what teenagers do best-- hanging around & doing nothing.

With thanks to our two main sponsors & we held a U16 'Community Game' with all players mixed-up on two all star teams. This game allowed for U16 players from different schools to play together.

Adam from PREM benefitted from playing on a line with ice hockey player Im by scoring two goals off of nice passes from a skilled line-mate.

In the end 'So Frickin Good Bakery' edged out 'Smash Daddy's Burger's' 5-4 in the U16 community game.

Saturday afternoon ended with a classic final game where Chiang Mai Storm eventually edged out the Fawkes in overtime for the U12 gold medal.

U16 Series Best Goaltender: Jamtruel (Nono) For someone who hasn't played ball hockey in 2-3 years, Nono, our Bhutanese U16 goaltender, absolutely stole the show on Friday night with his acrobatic goaltending, confident play, overall skill, & naturally friendly demeanor helping the other goalies (& everyone else). Nono gets what team sports are all about.
