I was born near to the Amazon forest in Venezuela. I spend my childhood surrounded by nature and wild animals. Spirituality, yoga and vegetarianism were transmitted to me by my mom when I was a child. I moved to France when I was 18yo and now I’m living in the magic Island of Koh Phangan. My yoga journey as a practitioner started in 2015 in Barcelona at the Jivamukti Yoga School. A safe space, understanding, compassion, clarity, ease and so much more. It became evident for me that I wanted to share this magic, these tools and gifts with others. I became a 300h Jivamukti yoga teacher in 2017 in Costa Rica and my journey as a teacher started in Marseille later on that year. In 2021 I finished my Jivamukti Teacher Apprenticeship Program in Barcelona and obtained the 800h advanced certificate. In 2021 I got my certificated as a Informed Trauma Yoga teacher with Radika foundation and school based in Barcelona. Jivamukti Yoga is a path to liberation through compassion for all beings. A spiritual and physical practice which find its roots in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. The Jivamukti Yoga method is grounded in the original meaning of the sanskrit word Asana as “seat, connection”. The relationship to the earth and Earth implies all of life. I will be happy to accompany you through the journey of the yoga practices and healing. Sharing with you all I have to offer, listening to your story and your needs and goals.

I made this mistakes when I started giving hands-on assist in my classes and let me tell you: the freedom I gain when I started:
• communicating what my assist were about
• types of assists I was going to provide
• asking for consent before starting the class

Changed everything. When you communicate clearly before your class, most of the doubts disappear because it establish already and environment of trust in the class.

If you are new to giving hands-on assist in your classes, try that and observe the difference.

And of course, not rushing into pushing or fixing a pose, but instead taking the time to observe what is really needed before stepping in ☝🏽

Le mercredi 24 juin, deux puissants séismes ont frappé le Venezuela, laissant des milliers de familles brisées, sans abri, et un nombre encore inconnu de personnes qui attendent d’être secourues.

Dans des moments aussi incertains et difficiles, les enfants sont les plus vulnérables. La triste réalité est qu’un grand nombre d’entre eux n’ont aujourd’hui plus de famille ou de soutien après cette catastrophe.

Pour eux, j’organise un cours de yoga sur donation.

Jivamukti Yoga, pranayama, chant de mantras et méditation. Que tu pratiques déjà le yoga ou que ce soit ton premier cours, tu es le ou la bienvenu(e).

Le yoga nous rappelle d’aligner nos pensées, nos paroles et nos actions. La compassion et la solidarité sont des valeurs, mais surtout des pratiques quotidiennes.

Chaque geste compte et a une profonde valeur. Peu importe sa forme, ce qui compte, c’est l’intention et l’envie de contribuer au bien de tous. 🫶🏽

Tous les dons seront reversés directement à Hogar Bambi A.C. Hogar Bambi , une association qui accompagne et protège les enfants les plus vulnérables au Venezuela depuis de nombreuses années.

Do you feel nervous about giving hands-on assists in your yoga classes?

You’re not alone. Many yoga teachers hesitate because they don’t feel confident or clear about how to assist their students effectively. But the truth is that hands-on assist can be easy to do yet effective and support when done with the right intention.

Here are 4 key tips to guide you:

👁️Observe: Understand what your student needs before stepping in. Drop your own preferences and “go to” assists.

🤲🏽Choose: Decide on the type of assist you’ll provide before engaging with the action. This will eliminate hesitation and will provide a better support as well as increase trust.

✨Be Present: Be present with your actions, tune in to your student’s breath and stay with the same student for the whole duration of the pose.

🍃Exit Gently: Help your student to get out of the pose and remove your hands softly.

Hands-on assists aren’t about “fixing” your students—they’re about guiding them with care, providing a better support and enhancing their body awareness.

Inner Sovereignty 🔱 Yoga Retreat 4-7 June 26´

I have created this retreat to invite you to deepen the connection to yourself, to your personal and unique needs, to your desires and dreams, and to learn how to support yourself through intentional daily actions.

Have you reflected on what your expressions of love are? What are those things that tell you they come from love?

It is sometimes easy to expect expressions of love from those who love us. But do we give ourselves what we are asking for?

Am I keeping the promises I’ve made to myself? Am I taking actions that support my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing? Am I choosing what is best for me, or taking the easy path again? Am I supporting myself, my dreams and my evolution?

This retreat is a space to explore all of this, from a place of curiosity and compassion, with the desire to see ourselves more clearly and understand our needs and desires more deeply, but most of all, to learn how to support ourselves with intention, love and consistency 🙌🏽

Join us for four days to reset, recharge, explore, move, breathe, inquire, write, chant, meditate, share, exchange ideas and visions, dream and create✨

This retreat is something I feel deeply excited about, because it holds what I believe in most:
