HIGH INTENSIVE INTERVAL WORKOUT
Combination of power and cardio exercises with only your own bodyweight. Every exercise will have a variation of easier and more challenging option. This workout will push your cardio performance to the next level and enable you to burn more calories in a shorter period. Class starts with static and dynamic warm-up, then main workout and finishes with a cool-down and stretch. Bring water and towel with you. Drop-in class: 250 b
