My heart felt condolences to all my Japanese friends and colleagues .. and to the Japanese community at large. This is a bloody tragedy. No matter what your beliefs .. this is something that should not be tolerated in a modern democracy. There is too much if this going on in the world right now. Time to take a break, step back, and reflect on where we want humanity to progress to

We have many friends from both Russia and Ukraine who have trained with us, fought with us, and are members of our M3T community. Looking forward to the day when fist bumps and fist fights in the ring replace gun fights and aggression on the streets. May peace and common sense prevail soon

Today is National Muay Thai day in Thailand. We give thanks to the nation that gave the world the beautiful art of Muay Thai. We feel very privileged at M3T that we can continue to support, encourage, and train the current and next generation of fighters and practitioners from our gym on the wonderful Thai island of Koh Phangan 🙏🙏

A sad day for us at M3T. We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl Mu-ju. You were only with us for a short time but the amount of love we feel for you is not bound by time. Thank you for joining our family and for the joy and privilege of looking after you. You have always looked like an angel .. now the angels will look after you ❤️❤️
