This has absolutely nothing to do with water fighting….that’s over for this year! 😝

This is the sacred part of Songkran to reflect on starting the new Thai year. 🙏🏼

We will introduce our version breathwork called BreathFlow to get into the moment and move past analytical thoughts or pass the internal dialog that keeps people in negative mental loops.

With this method we find insight and are find ways to open our hearts to find new energy to focus on the area of life that are most important to you!

Come join us for a voyage into the deep psyche with a short BreathFlow session. Then afterwards enjoy the Thai Traditional herbal sauna, ice bath and meet new and like minded people around our communal fire! 💝🔥🙏🏼
