A beautiful opportunity to honor and celebrate the practice we love. International Yoga Day reminds us that yoga is so much more than making shapes with our bodies. It invites us to embrace yoga as a way of life, woven into every action we take.

Yoga does not care about your shape, size, race, or gender. It embraces us all, just as we are. It doesn't demand perfection in executing poses or achieving perfect balance. It simply asks that we show up authentically, as ourselves.

In the practice of yoga, we discover skill in action. It's not just about personal growth, it's about collective transformation. Taking yoga off the mat means challenging our preconceived ideas, standing up for justice, and creating a world of peace, compassion, and freedom for all.
