Saturday morning Sunrise Sadhnas from 5:30-7:30am is definitely something we miss... waking up to do breathing practices, stretching and moving, and chanting while the sun rises over the city.

To bring and to share so much loving and neutral vibrations into the being, for this we say Ek OngKar SatNam Sri WaheGuru!

In October 2021, we closed the doors to our home studio in Bangkok.

It is now April 2022 and the sun rises again.

Working with organizations like Yoga Unify , we will by the end of this year provide a comprehensive Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program.

In the meantime we will have many programs to share, workshops, retreats, and continuing studies of the entirety of the School of Yoga with our founder Raj.

SKY Yoga is officially closed the doors to our home studio in Bangkok. Thank you everyone for the love and support you have shown in the last few years.

From the visiting Masters who came here, on your expense, to share your wisdom and knowledge and give energy to the space. To our teachers at SKY, who shared yoga from your heart and the depths of your being. The love, heart to heart connection, and energy we have shared will remain with us as we move forward.

SKY could never have survived without the regular students, whose loving donations kept the home studio going far longer than any naysayer said possible for a donation based yoga studio.

SKY Yoga is having its own sunset, a glorious slow sunset that you can just take in and bathe in.

Sharing a home studio has been a great boon and blessing. SKY will return, like a rising sun. At this moment there is no telling what its shape or form will be.

The history School of Kundalini Yoga is being written. Various pieces of the puzzles are still being put together. What we do know is this school is old, it has many Masters, and creates many more. Kundalini is a powerful tool for co creating and co manifesting.

We might not have regular classes right now, the school of Kundalini Yoga will still provide access to a world of information.

While the doors of the physical studio in Bangkok is shut, the journey is still at an early stage.

While we find it a great step that the Thai government is opening up gyms and yoga studios in October, we have decided to keep the doors of SKY Yoga closed for public classes for another month.

If you are interested in private classes, with sizes up to 5 people, you may contact us and we can work something out.
