For November, our fabulous yogi: Ara Hwang, will be leading a range of yoga, pilates and movement based cardio classes, all deliberately shaped to improve mobility & strength, to hone technique, whilst, crucially, having fun.

Ara has a whole world of experience (17 years in the industry) through dance, fitness, yoga and pranayama, alongside a rigorous background in anatomy. Ara brings her own thorough and precise approach to technique, alignment and placement.

A range of mindfully designed classes, to improve both physicality and ability, all to a gorgeous soundtrack.

Thank you Samui, for all the fabulous support you gave us over the weekend for the theatre performances (that resulted from den of dionysus' fourth performance course), above our great wee cafe. In celebration, and in preparation for the new ideas brewing for November, we are taking our staff to Phangan for a few days, to recuperate and rest.

Thank you again Samui, we are happily exhausted but cannot wait to return and find new ways of making our little spot in Nathon unique and creatively focused. Have a beautiful few days ❤️
