A place to unwind and focus on life's simple pleasures. Set on a beautifully landscaped coastal hillside on Samui's unspoiled southern shores, with dramatic rock formations and lush tropical jungle, Santikhiri is truly a haven of peace and natural charm – far removed from the busier tourist centres of the island. With vast panoramic views across the stunning Gulf of Siam, it is ideally situated for capturing incredible sunrise and sunsets. In short, Santikhiri is simply breathtaking. The estate consists of 30 plots, where owners share all the communal areas, such as the beautiful hilltop infinity pool, yoga sala and clubhouse facilities. Unique homes designed in harmony with the natural landscape provide a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living for owners and their guests. Tropical flora such as mango trees, fragrant frangipani, bougainvillea – and of course the iconic coconut palms - enclose the villas, therefore privacy is maintained between each spacious property. Santikhiri has opportunities for new villa development on some available plots or for purchasing one of our existing uniquely designed luxury villas. We are happy to invite you to become a member of Santikhiri and live with us in this amazing tropical paradise.
