I’m still surprised how many women believe it’s a ‘them’ problem.

If only they could just ‘……..’ then they’ll be happier.

But the truth is, BECAUSE there are so many women experiencing the same exhausting inner narrative (slide 3 👀) that is the very evidence we need to say this is not a ‘you’ problem.

No matter what your thighs look like.

Never been more grateful for the sticky, uncomfortable & sometimes challenging work of healing my relationship with food & my body.

Life is more colourful.
There’s more joy.

And it’s just fun!!

Eugh… so glad I broke free of it. And also a little bit sad I didn’t do it sooner.

But here’s to making up for it.
