Dirty Bass Fitness I am a Fitness Instructor who teaches many different classes. I also do one on one Personal Training and Dance lessons! Hello all!

My name is Ashley Bill and I am a Dancer/Fitness Instructor from the UK. I am fully qualified and have been teaching on and off for over 10 years now. I have recently moved back to Koh Samui to continue my classes and now bring something new and exciting to the island. I teach many different classes such as Dance (Adults and Children) - Street/HipHop/Free Style, Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Combat, HIIT Training, and many more. I also train clients one on one with personalised programmes to help them reach their personal goals and targets. I have been dancing from a very young age and have gone from participating in classes, to dancing internationally in a Michael Jackson Tribute Band, to now teaching others who have the passion and love for dance like I do! If you are interested in doing group exercise, one on one training, or having dance lessons, please feel free to get in touch with me via phone or email!
