Needing a whole new wardrobe is not a bad problem to have 😏
Shell got emotional the first time we spoke about coaching
When she reflected on how she actually felt
She realised how much confidence she had lost
How she hated making plans because it would stress her out when it came to finding something to wear
And how badly she just wanted to feel herself again
But she was so sure she didn’t want a quick fix, and we spoke in depth how when you work with me, we focus on lifestyle changes to ensure you lose weight and keep it off!
Shell didn’t have much experience in tracking calories
She was basically starting from scratch
So to start with, I created Shell a meal plan to follow, to show her how to ideally hit her calories & protein
And as the weeks went by, and I monitored her calories/protein
Shells confidence & knowledge grew around calories and she was then able to create her own meal plan that worked around her and her family
Very quickly, Shells confidence within herself grew, comments from parents at the school noticing her progress
And before we knew it, clothes were literally hanging off to the point she needed a whole new wardrobe
And that dread of finding something to wear
Turned into Shell becoming a shopoholic (sorry Ste🤣)
But imagine that, the dread of choosing an outfit to go out with the girls
Completely gone 🗑️
Instead, the excitement of ordering an outfit you’ve had your eye on for months, because you finally feel confident enough to wear it!

Life lately 💖

The diet is DONE ✔️
6 week tidy up is complete!
I feel really good with the changes iv seen, I’m catching myself in the mirror in the gym and feel STRONG 💪🏻
Which is the whole point for me! I don’t want to be skinny, I want to look strong AF 🔥
I spent from May onwards last year focusing on building muscle, but in a controlled way
You see people “bulking” and yes they build muscle faster, but they also gain a lot more body fat
And for me, that just wasn’t an option!
I want to build keep building muscle, but I want to continue feeling comfortable in myself
So having little cuts like this along the way is going to help ✅
The plan now is to stick around maintenance for the next couple of months, and continue really pushing myself with strength training!
Then I’ll have another diet phase before a holiday in June…
Then the rest of the year will be pushing past maintenance (just a little) to grow even further 💪🏻
I know the end goal iv set myself will likely take me into 2027, maybe even 2028 who knows 🤣
By that time, I’ll be 35 and absolutely the fittest and stronger version of myself I’ll have ever been!
It’s never too late to get started girls, we can achieve anything we set out to with the right help and support 🫡
