Train harder AND smarter 🧠⚡️

If you want to maintain a high output from the first bell to the last, you can’t just “work hard.” You have to train specific energy systems to meet the demands of the fight.

Here are the 4 methods we use to build a superior engine:

1️⃣ Zone 2 Steady State
The foundation. This is about building a bigger “gas tank.”
• The Goal: Increase heart chamber volume.
• The Result: You recover faster between rounds. 🫀

2️⃣ Lactic Power Intervals
This is where it gets uncomfortable.
• The Goal: Train your body to buffer acid.
