Is it a new secret group managing the village when the note at board say there is no one managing the village and everyting is shutting down.
Anonymity don't build any trust after years with secret people behind the sceen.

And a complete accounting showing numbers for village and 4 seperated pool after Glen seperated them.

AGAIN we see tampering with village equipment. Only days ago it was repaired and I put some trap for get this verifyed

Last time there was tampering at north west gate costing the village lot of money. Just for some try to use wrong remotes

INFORMATION:

The village is now start shutting down gate access to people who have not paid their maintenance fee.
Users who use remotes from other house to avoid this will also be shut down.
There is also a discussion on enforcing a opening fee for the time volunteer people have to do for you not pay on time.
Some is also renting their property out and make money where they relay on village service. How would your rating go if your guest cant use services that you haven't paid for.

Further action for unpaid houses will be to stop garbage collection and block access to pool areas by either disabling key fobs or physical barriers in case you are in a share pool housing.

And a big thanks to all houses who pay their maintenance and help keep the village in good shape and keep the value of our homes from dropping.

And remember that your neighbor who not pay makes you pay more or we will end up in closing services like pools, streetlights, gardener and security..

And remember also that all work or time used for the village is voluntarily unpaid work. So thanks to those who contribute.

Feeding pigions is a Hazzard and pollution pool water as they use it as drinking water and also drop their wast there increasing need of chemicals in pool water.

If you like birds go get a private pet.

Water shortage in the village. I have noticed a lot more water trucks coming in the village lately and less delivery from pwa.

Police shutdown unlicensed pool villa in Pattaya, promise crackdown on illegal rentals - The Pattaya News Banglamung Police shut down and took legal action against the keeper of an unlicensed pool villa in Pattaya, following several complaints from concerned residents.

Finally I got Google to change the roads in the village. And hopefully better for taxi to find the right way around gateed, blocked and partial blocked roads.

As far as my information is correct this is the correct status of people who support the village by paying the village fee and keeping it working at a good shape.

We have a housing village with the best location in Jomtien at a good shape. Let us still keep it that way.

First of all i would like to thank the volunteer couple who has allways been there for the village and been helping whoever was running the village over the years. You all know them and what they have been doing for the village.
I have full understanding for their choice and reason for stepping down. It is long time overdue.

I wish them good happy days and good health, and i think i can say a big thanks from all villagers for the work they have been doing over many years.

For the next part, witch not include the couple mention above, i am not so happy regarding the shadow management. Even if most of us know who he is.

As quoted from the letter:
"August after which if there is no replacement team in place facilities will be progressively shut down, security, cleaning, swimming pools, garbage collection etc."

At the same time they quitting and want to leave the village to stop working, they put demands to anyone want to take over.
When quitting your not entitle to put any demands and should welcome anyone wanting to do the job. They have burned many chances already.

I wish the meeting tomorrow good luck and hope someone step up.
