It was active weekend for RunYoga team 😉
📍The main event and destination was half marathon at Ao Nang, Krabi.
But we couldn’t miss Dragon crest view point with its 4km tracking.
And for sure couldn’t pass over Tiger cave and it’s 1237 steps 😅
Competition was great!
Krabi is stunning!
Company is perfect !

Big Buddha was great on today!
Perfect weather, no sun, no rain, smth in the middle !
A bit chill for yoga, but who cares, everybody is happy and relaxed 🤗

✔️Wake up 05.30 am
✔️Drive to Tiger park (just for parking)
✔️Meet great people at 6.30 am
✔️Walk/Run to Big Buddha hill
✔️Be attacked by geese
✔️Learn how to cope with wild dogs while running
✔️Be grateful you finally climb the hill
✔️Stretch and yoga relaxing time with wonderful view
✔️Way back down the hill to your car

Panwa beach is soooo good for running🏃🏾

I have no idea why I have never run here ⚡️ Actially, I have 😅 it’s so hot on the way to anywhere, so unreachable to say as it is 🤭
⠀
But since I have moved to Chalong, my world is changing and moving upside down.
Panwa is not that far anymore.
⠀
And it’s so good, long hilly road, almost no traffic, hotels around with security staff (safety first 👮🏼♀️), no wild dogs 🐕, and see view all the way.
⠀
Even run on the beach was so perfect, wet smooth sand with no slope.
⠀
So definitely recommend for runners 👍🏻🏃🏻♀️🏃🏾
