Successful camp. Successful weight cut. 💪🏻⚖️
Adilet is locked in and ready for tomorrow’s fight at ONE Championship.
Another smooth camp with our team at Tiger and the 90th successful weight cut under my guidance.
Time to recover and perform tomorrow night.
Good luck Adilet! 🚀

Meng Bo is ready to go 🚀
She steps back into action this Friday night on Road to UFC.
Meng Bo has put together a serious camp alongside the team here at Tiger. Her work ethic, intensity, and consistency over the last 8 weeks have been second to none.
She’s looking explosive, athletic, and confident heading into fight week.
A strong camp builds confidence, and a confident fighter is a dangerous fighter.
Big opportunity ahead. Let’s go!

A few years ago, this was my world.
In 2022, I became the PCA Thailand Men’s Physique Champion… but what most people don’t see is that it took me 14 shows to get there.
13 losses in a row.
Then finally, the win.
Looking back now, I’m grateful for every single loss because they made that moment mean so much more.
What’s crazy is how different my life was back then. I had just stepped into my role as Head Coach at Tiger Muay Thai, but I was still fully focused on bodybuilding, eating 6–7 meals a day, training purely for aesthetics, and living a completely different lifestyle.
Fast forward to today and everything has changed.
Since my bodybuilding peak, I’ve dropped over 25kg, moved deeply into combat sports, changed my entire approach to training, nutrition, conditioning, and performance.
Back then it was about looking elite.
Now it’s about performing elite.
Different chapters. Same mindset.
This post is a throwback to the build-up and the moment I finally won the national title in 2022… and a reminder that sometimes the losses are exactly what prepare you for the next stage of your life.

Another camp completed with Vero 🇲🇲
Our fifth camp together under the bright lights of ONE Championship.
The goal this camp was simple:
Improve conditioning, make weight professionally, recover correctly, and arrive fight night ready to perform.
5 fights together.
5 successful cuts.
No shortcuts.
Tonight Vero steps into her first kickboxing rules matchup against Kana Morimoto and she’s ready to go! 🚀
62 years old and still outworking people half her age 🙌🏼
Seeing my mum on the gym floor this week has been class!
Training a couple of hours a day, getting fully involved in strength & conditioning, and still asking “what’s next?” after the sessions 😂
Amazing to see her throw herself into the classes, work hard, meet people, and enjoy the atmosphere out here at Tiger.
The goal isn’t just to live longer… it’s to stay strong, capable, and active for life. 💯

Notorious Wednesdays 🥊
10:30AM Western Boxing Sparring at Tiger.
Some of the best rounds you’ll get in Phuket… and honestly, anywhere in Thailand.
Yeah, it’s an all-levels class, but the talent on the mat is unreal. World champion boxers, Muay Thai fighters, kickboxers, MMA athletes, and complete beginners all pushing each other under one roof through 8 x 3 minute rounds.
Over the last 2 years of my martial arts journey, this class has been a huge part of my development. The rounds, the pressure, the lessons, the people — every Wednesday you learn something.
Good energy. Good people. Real work. 🥊
Four years together.
Seven fights unbeaten.
And tonight, Namo Fazil stepped onto one of the biggest stages in combat sports and delivered a huge second-round TKO victory on the Netflix card. 🔥
This camp was full-on from start to finish.
Complete strength & conditioning preparation, recovery, performance work, and managing every detail of the weight cut all the way through fight week. There were a few obstacles during the cut, but we stayed calm, adjusted where needed, and kept pushing forward.
That’s what high-level camps are about — problem solving under pressure and still finding a way to perform when the lights come on.
What made the moment even more special was hearing Namo mention my name live on Netflix and giving respect to the work we’ve put in together throughout this camp. I genuinely appreciate that a lot.
Proud of this man and proud of the whole team around him.
Big performance. Big statement.
And this is only the beginning. 🔥
Another camp in the books with
Our sixth camp together and the standard never changes.
Professional. Disciplined. Consistent.
The work is done.
Made weight and ready to perform on Saturday morning. 🔥
30+ professional fighters.
Multiple world-class organisations.
One room. One standard. One goal. 💥
An insight to what’s happening in our professional fighter S&C class here at Tiger. (Invitation only)
Wrestlers.
Jiu-jitsu athletes.
Muay Thai fighters.
Boxers.
MMA athletes competing in UFC, ONE Championship, PFL, RIZIN, and some of the biggest organisations in combat sports.
The best part? The system.
Most of the team are building through GPP and out-of-camp development right now — getting stronger, fitter, faster, and building the engine for the next level.
At the same time, we’ve got athletes entering peak phase and preparing to perform on some of the biggest stages in the world over the next few weeks.
Over 30 athletes in the room during low season.
Athletes from England, USA, China, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and all over the world coming together under one roof.
Proud of the environment.
Proud of the standard.
Proud of the reputation we’ve built with this program.
I got flown to the Maldives to coach a prince. 🇲🇻👑
The island was only 0.7km in diameter.
No cars.
No engines.
No shoes.
Just crystal blue water, silence, and some of the wealthiest people in the world walking around barefoot.
I spent 5 weeks there managing the gym, coaching high-level clients, hosting seminars, and working alongside celebrities and TV personalities.
While I was there, I got asked:
“How does someone like you end up in a place like this?”
At the time, I didn’t know how to answer.
But later, I realised…
Friction brought me there.
Not comfort.
Every difficult situation, setback, risk, and uncomfortable environment helped shape the path that led me there.
I’ve never chased comfort.
I’ve always chased growth through struggle.
I learnt that friction — both positive and negative — is often what changes your mindset the most.
The life you want is usually hiding behind the uncomfortable decisions you keep avoiding.
