session of traditional Yoga.
Gabriela is a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher (RYT200). She completed her training in 2011 and received the title of Yoga Siromani (Minister of Yoga) from the Vastu School of Yoga Mexico under the lineage of Sri Swami Sivananda. Since then, she has been teaching in Mexico,Thailand and Italy. She has accumulated over 1,800 hours in instructing group & private sessions, leading senior & commun

Tonight we introduce Ashtanga Yoga (Tues & Thur 7.30pm) and tonight only it is free of charge, so if you haven´t tried our yoga before give it a go! Hope we see you tonight. (3rd floor of Titan Fitness indoor gym)
Unfortunately tonight we had to cancel the yoga class with Gabriela. Everything is back to normal tomorrow. Apologies for any inconvenience

We have started Yoga for athletes 07:30am-08:45 Mondays and Wednesdays and 7:30pm-8:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
This class is different from the evening classes which is Swami Sivananda Yoga, the morning classes are Yoga for athletes.
This will improve balance, flexibility, power and stamina. Which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery.
