Journey Yoga House had the opportunity to bring a moment of relaxation and restoration to the team at Bangkok Hospital Phuket through our Stretching & Sound Healing Session.

A gentle pause from the busy workday, releasing tension through mindful stretching, and allowing the soothing vibrations of sound to create space for deeper relaxation.
