“Hero Legends” is a world professional kickboxing championship in China. It was televised live through Shenzhen TV, Qinghai TV and 17 local channels.
“Hero Legends” world professional kickboxing championship is an international professional event organization, which is lunched and set up by Shenghua International Wushu Club under the support of China International Cultural Communication Center, and Wushu Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. In recent years, with the great support of other event organizations from d
ifferent country, it has been held successively in Shenzhen, Beijing, Malaysia and so on. It has made a positive contribution to the development of Chinese wushu, the promotion of Chinese culture and the communication between China and the whole world.
“Hero Legends” assemble those most famous fighters from current international kickboxing field, and provide them a platform to show their exquisite skills, to make friends through martial arts, and to learn from each other. The broad fighting fans can enjoy a wonderful grand competitive event.
2006.11, “Hero Legends-Warrior Back” was hosted in Beijing, which was the beginning of the exploration of Chinese professional fighting event.
2007.10, Hero Legends opening event was launched in Shenzhen and was telecasted simultaneously by Guangdong TV, which aroused great response. Since then, a stormy wave was aroused in China professional fighting field.
2009.1, “Hero Legends-Global Charity Competition” was hosted in Beijing, which collected more than $300,000 for the victims of Wenchuan earthquake.
2010.10, “Hero Legends (Genting)” was held in Malaysia and telecasted transnationally. The web hits was more than 0.2 billion, which was a successful case of international promotions for China event brand.
2011.8, “Hero Legends (Nanchang)” was launched in Jiangxi gymnasium which assembled the unprecedented super fighter cast.
2011.11, “Hero Legends 2011 (Changsha) World Kickboxing Championship” was hosted in Changsha Helong sports center with 60000-capacity, which created a precedent in China kickboxing history. The event was televised live simultaneously to 36 countries over the world through Hunan TV international channel, and also made a new record on web hits.
2012.4, “Hero Legends 2012” started in Heze, a Kungfu city in China. It’s the first time to decide the Asia champion of 65kg with the “marathon” elimination, and it’s also the first time that Yodsanklai fighted with two opponents in 5 rounds, which received active responses from the media. In future, “Hero Legends” will determine to be the pioneer and leader of China professional fighting industry!
