And this is what I call my 9m² lab. A 9 sqm space, papa’s set of dumbbells, a table, a fridge, and of course, my never-ending stubborn self.
This is where I build small wins, my small wins, both inconsistently and consistently.
Things will always get in the way… a hectic work schedule, failures, loss, dishonest business partners, and everything in between. That’s LIFE.
Showing up as I am, with who i’m with Chermin Leratwatin, and what I have now, is the only KEY to growth.
The 9m² lab is where I build not only my physique, but also my mind, my spirit and my projects & ambitions.
