If you look half way up those steps you will see our newest Operation Transformation client getting put through his paces with Stef, you can't see the toys at the bottom but they consisted of heavy kettle bells, a sand bag, dumbbells and a punching bag.... it was hectic!!!

Back to the hills for our Operation Transformation team today with a march up Big Buddha mountain (yes we said MARCH!!)
Last week they pushed hard and shaved a crazy 6 minutes off the first weeks time and today cut another whopping 3 minutes off, so thats almost a 10 minute improvement in 2 weeks, impressive work, the hard work is already paying off :D

This mornings Operation Transformation adventure took us up to the Big Buddha again with a whopping 6 MINUTES shaved off last weeks time, Coach Stefan was leading the way showing his military drive all the way to the end (while he had himself loaded with a 20kg load!!) :) very impressed with a result like that :D

Another incredible transformation for the Unit-27 books, great work Tom :D

Yes its the same guy, the pictures were taken a year apart but while the picture on the left shows a younger man, this man on the right feels YEARS younger than he did last year when the first picture was taken!!
:D

Congratulations on an incredible transformation Tom Montgomery, which was kick started just over a year ago here at Unit-27, we have a video where Tom tells his story which will be posted within the next 30 minutes, keep an eye out and watch it and don’t make the mistake that many people make by letting their health slip, Tom came to us on one of our all inclusive packages and look what its started, a year later he shocked us!!! Check out the pricing section of our website for details on that!! :D
