Office & Retreat Coordinator — Koh Phangan

One Yoga is looking for an Office & Retreat Coordinator to join our on-site team at our yoga school in Koh Phangan.

Based in Koh Phangan or open to moving to Koh Phangan? We’d love to hear from you. 🤍

Responsibilities
• Respond to booking emails and general enquiries
• Manage bookings across different platforms
• Communicate with students and teachers
• Welcome and assist students
• Support other operational duties as needed

Requirements
• Thai nationals only
• Good spoken English
• Very good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Customer service experience
• Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience is a plus
• A positive and welcoming attitude
