When you’re a chef and decide to take a break from the kitchen for a long weekend of riding bikes in Timor-Leste. 😆
It was good to see someone else doing the cooking for a change, especially when it’s Timorese food. Honestly, most of his comments throughout the ride were about the food. Every stop, every meal, there was something new to talk about.
Safe to say the riding was great, but the food was definitely a highlight for him! 🇹🇱🏍️🍛
