Seawolves Rugby 🏉 Pre-season Lower Body We had a late off season phase and now full squad is in the building for the official Pre-season start with sloth strength and performance program in the gym and then filed work later on. On the menu for this new phase ⬇️ Thorough dynamic warm ups, 12-15 mins then.. ▶️ Safety Squat Run Specific ISO’s ▶️ Step Up Jumps ▶️ Trap Bar Deadlift Cluster Sets ▶️ Single Leg Hurdle Hop to Box Jump ▶️ Eccentric Bulgarian Split Squats ▶️ Copenhagen Plank ▶️ Valslide Curls ▶️ KOT Wedge Lunges Then we split into a prehab/fitness group based on needs.
