TRAP DOOR FAIL ❌️

This is one of the moments we don't usually share, but I think it's just as important as the successful ones. Unexpected falls are part of the journey in our sport, and every setback is an opportunity to learn and come back stronger.

Thankfully I wasn't seriously injured I got back up, kept training, and took it as another lesson.
I haven't tried this move again yet because I'm waiting to find a safer spot

Sometimes, making progress also means knowing when to be patient.

The goal isn't to never fall it's to keep moving .
