Also known as CROSSFIT NUKUALOFA we are the only licensed CROSSFIT Affiliate in Tonga with certified Trainers. WE DONT HAVE MACHINES WE MAKE MACHINES!!!

We also offer group fitness classes such as Pump, Boxing, spin and Bootcamps. We have a new location, now located at Fakafanua centre We are a community based gym, we cater for everyone! No fancy Equipment, We just have Passionate people who run Group Fitness sessions, from Bootcamps, Crossfit, boxing, Aerobics classes and Personal Training is also available. Healthy Living Tonga!!!
