That is the feeling that i have almost every weekend. I hope you all had an amazing weekend and rested well!

Lacrosse is a physical sport and things can get crazy on the floor sometimes but i can truely say that the best part of this game is shaking hands when the game is done!

I always recommend my youth players to do it no matter what happens during the game. After the last whistle, game is over and we're all friends again!
