🔹Полезные материалы: разбор асан, техник дыхания, статьи о философии йоги и др.;

🗓 Расписание онлайн-занятий:
Внутри канала будет опрос, чтобы найти удобное время большинству.

Предварительно: 1 будний день вечером, 1 выходной утром

(по цене 2 занятий в студии получаешь ~12 занятий онлайн)

I am launching a private yoga club on Telegram called "Yoga Buddy" 😜 starting on October 16th. For everyone who has shown interest in group yoga sessions with me, here they are!!

On the channel, you will find:
🔹 Group yoga sessions (60 minutes) live on Zoom | Twice a week |
🔹 Additional video and audio lessons with meditations / yoga relaxation / practices for women's health, etc. (15-60 minutes) | Once a week |
🔹 Recordings of all past practices;
🔹 Useful materials: breakdown of asanas, breathing techniques, articles on yoga philosophy, and more;
🔹 Communication in the chat with like-minded individuals;

🗓 Schedule of online sessions:
Inside the channel, there will be a poll to find a convenient time for the majority.

Preliminarily: 1 weekday evening, 1 weekend morning

💵 Subscription cost:

(at the price of 2 studio sessions, you get ~12 online sessions)
