Because I believe that if you are a trainer or a nutritionist, you should be able to apply knowledge in practice. For all, it is easy to give the most "correct" diet, which in theory will help you lose weight, but in practice no one will follow it for more than a week or a month.
At the moment, I have 2 types of services that will help you lose weight or gain muscle mass, even at home, even if there is no time:
1. Personal online management (if your goal of losing weight it is minus 2-5 kg per month):
- individual nutrition plan, adjusting your diet for you;
- physical activity plan, training program;
- checking reports on nutrition, activity;
- I am in touch with you every day, I answer your questions, I give practical recommendations (for example, how to cake, pizza, etc., without problems for your shape.
The price is 70$ for a month (5000 pesos for peoples from Argentin).
2. Personal training in your gym or in a park.
- individual training plan for your goals;
- The duration of the workout is 1 hour.
The cost is 700 pesos per workout.
