Week 1 done ✅

Day 1 of 30 of my 300 hour yoga training. This is my 20th year of teaching 🤯 and it was time to come to India 🧘‍♀️ i feel so emotional as back home is pure devastation. It was so hard to leave my family but lives for these situations and our home wasn’t hit by the storm and we have a generator. Plus he is so capable but still….super hard to leave but feel gratitude for an amazing supportive husband. I love and miss you

3 weeks complete ✅ back at the beautiful, life changing in April. Had a great time learning and meeting new people and teaching yoga, of course 😌one of my fave parts of my job is meeting all the different Personalities, jobs and life experiences. So fascinating & are also the best bosses/leaders 💜

2nd week complete @ the beautiful feeling so grateful 🙏
